100 more games get the Steam Greenlight treatment

Steam Greenlight

It’s a whopping amount of games that have just been given the Steam Greenlight treatment, so many in fact surely they can’t all be good? Maybe they are? We’ll probably never know. ¬†Either that or someone’s finger at Valve hit the wrong key and activated everything by accident.

Anyway, 100 new games have been given the thumbs-up by the Steam community which include a few we’ve talked about in the past such as Cannons Lasers Rockets, Frozen Hearth and GoD Factory: Wingmen.

There’s a lot to digest so here’s the list.

Ahh jaysus, there’s a lot of fail in there.

There’s so many of them now, surely they can put a bit more control into greenlit games

Though wait what? ToME is in there…

I *still* think Greenlight is a terrible system, although it’s seemingly flipped around on that now – before, it was a popularity contest in which not enough got greenlit. Now it’s a popularity contest in which oh-so-much gets greenlit.

There are a few neat things in this batch, but there’s also a tonne of stuff I’ve never heard of and a few bits and bobs that appear to be genuinely rubbish. And, unless I’m mistaken, a couple of Flash games.
