Runic on Torchlight 2 level design and world

The latest Torchlight 2 developer update has now hit and in this latest installment the development team discuss the game world and level design.
As we know, Torchlight 2 is going to be a more expansive game than the original and the first of today’s developer blog updates from Runic comes from Patrick Blank and Jason Beck who discuss the level design in the action RPG. Topics inlude the number of zones players will travel through in the game world, the outdoor terrain, day/night cycles and more.
The second dev team update also comes from comes from Patrick and Jason who discuss the game’s environments including dungeons.
Torchlight 2 is due for release some time later this year, we’re banking on a September release.
