Previously cut-content could make its way into game as downloadable content.
Team Bondi, developers of the upcoming crime-caper L.A. Noire, have revealed that they are sitting on two desks of content.
“As I said earlier, we’ve got two full desks – burglary and bunko (read: swindle/fraud) – that never made it into the game, so we’ve been thinking those and whether we’ll do them,” said Team Bondi founder Brendan McNamara.
The disc-based product itself contains five desks, so two extra could potentially represent a rather healthy addition.
However, in typical videogame announcement ambiguity, McNamara went on to say that “We’re actually working on a new project idea now, so we’re kicking that around as well.”
Whether or not this ‘new project’ will affect the release of L.A. Noire’s remains to be seen but, it’s likely that Rockstar will be keen to press new content on players given the success of such tactics with GTAIV and Red Dead Redemption.
