Operation Flashpoint: Red River To Use Games For Windows Live

Some disappointing news for PC users, as creative director Sion Lenton reveals that Operation Flashpoint: Red River will use the much-unloved Games For Windows Live system.
When asked by PC Gamer if the game will use any proprietary software to help handle the co-op aspects of the title, Lenton replied simply “Games For Windows Live.”
As the game is so heavily geared towards co-op, Lenton was also asked if there were any plans for mod support to aid the title’s longevity on the PC. “Not at the moment, no,” he says.
There will, however, be some DLC released for the game, which we should hear about “in the next month or two.”
