Last week, Epic debuted an Unreal Engine 3 tech demo with the name ‘Samaritan,’ showing some of the features they feel will be standards in the future of gaming. That footage has now been released.
Clearly, there are problems with displaying intricate new graphics effects in a video that isn’t of extremely high quality, and it would be foolish to pretend otherwise. But this version will hopefully give at least an indication of the kind of things present in the demo shown at GDC.
