Age Of Conan Nominated For Nordic Game Awards

FunCom’s MMO Age of Conan has been nominated for two awards in the Nordic Game Awards 2009.

Norway-based developer, FunCom, is in the running for Best Artistic Achievement and Best Nordic Game with Age of Conan. This will come as a boost for the developer who is reported to be struggling with AoC’s subscription figures which are said to be under 100,000.The 2009 NGA will take place on 19 May at the Malmö Convention Center in Malmö, Sweden. This will be the third annual NGA event, and will be hosted this year by video game columnist and TV host Orvar Säfström. There are four categories in total, they are Best Artistic Achievement, Best Nordic Children’s Game, Best Nordic Game and Best New Nordic Talent. Nominations were made by the game producers’ associations of Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
