The European launch date for the new free to play version of Aion is now set to arrive next week on the 28 February with the German, French and English versions switching over at the same time.
The new game client is already available for download in advance through www.aionfreetoplay.com.
If you are already a subscriber then fear not, for every day you have paid for after the free to play move, and assuming you transfer your account over, you will receive six Aion Coins for each remaining day you have paid for through the subscription as compensation. These coins can then be spent in the item shop.
