An Assassin’s Creed refresher course

Forgotten what happened in those other Assassin’s Creed games? Well, as Revelations gets its release this week, Ubisoft has released a video to help jog your memory about the various plot points and characters in the series.
Watching them all condensed like this makes the plot seem … well, how to put this delicately … really, really silly. Luckily, the ever-improving gameplay (at least as far as Brotherhood) has carried the series merrily along, with a selection of terrific cities playing fine supporting roles.
John has put the latest in the series, Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, through its parkour paces, and you can read his verdict here.
The game is released this week for Xbox 360 and PS3. PC users will have to wait a few weeks more.
