Batman: Arkham Collection Edition swoops out of the shadows

Batman: Arkham Origins

Just in case you haven’t been paying attention to one of the most popular series of the past few years, Warner Bros are releasing a collection of the Batman: Arkham games.

On PC, said collection will include Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition, Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition, and Batman: Arkham Origins. The first two will be downloadable, while Origins will be a physical copy.

The thing is, though… well, $4.70 will currently net you both Arkham Asylum GOTY and Arkham City GOTY, along with a huge mass of other games, over in the Humble WB Games Bundle. Depending on the price this might not be a bad way of getting hold of Arkham Origins, but I daresay it’ll be more expensive than just buying Arkham Origins outright. And need I remind you that Arkham Origins is the weakest of the trilogy by quite a long way?

No word on pricing, but Batman: Arkham Collection Edition will be out on my birthday. That’s November 22nd, but you knew that already.
