Battlefield 3 pre-orders around a “couple of million”

EA’s product manager Kevin O’Leary gives some figures on pre-orders to Fox Business.
In a TV spot on Fox Business, Kevin O’Leary enthuses about the upcoming shooter which is due in the shops on 25 October and when asked about pre-order numbers he states there are a “couple of million out there”. 
The report continues with gamelay footage and a particularly thick presenter that either  doesn’t know who Andy Mcnab is, or she assumes the viewers will have no idea who he is. Well it is Fox after all.
