Blood Bowl 2 trailer shows off Star Players

Blood Bowl 2‘s Gamescom trailer is out, and it’s offering a 90-second look at Star Players.

Star Players appear to be a bunch of cheating bastards – at least, according to my not-particularly-accustomed-to-Blood Bowl-eyes. These chaps feature high stats and unique abilities, ranging from hypnotising enemies players through to firing the ball from a cannon. The downside is that they’re mercenaries who you’ll cost a fortune to recruit, and even then, that fee only covers them for a single match. Then again, considering how powerful they are, they’re still worth considering.

You can check out the trailer below. We’ll find out whether Blood Bowl 2 scores a touchdown or fumbles disastrously on 22 September.

Tim has been playing PC games for longer than he's willing to admit. He's written for a number of publications, but has been with PC Invasion - in all its various incarnations - for over a decade. When not writing about games, Tim can occasionally be found speedrunning terrible ones, making people angry in Dota 2, or playing something obscure and random. He's also weirdly proud of his status as (probably) the Isle of Man's only professional games journalist.
