There’s a touch of class to including a link to actual sheet music with your launch trailer, so well done to King Art for catering to those with an eye for musical notes. As that inclusion suggests, this launch trailer for adventure sequel The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 (out 20 February) is a sing-a-long affair.
Gather close to the fire and pick up a pipe filled with herbs of a dubious nature, and join in with this tale of a time long past … before free-to-play and pay-to-win games. No always online, DRM-free purchasing options, Book of Unwritten Tales 2 is going hard for the nostalgic, “better in the old days” crowd.
Not going as far as making people dick around with MS-DOS and autoexec.bat files to make the game work, though. That would be making the old days of PC gaming a bit too real.
