Cryptic Studios has given fans the low down on one of the villains in the upcoming superhero MMO, Champions Online.
Gigaton was once an ordinary soldier, but when a military nuclear test went wrong he was put into a coma. While being cared for and studied by army doctors, who noticed his super abilities developing, Dr Destroyer’s spy Raksasha found him and took his comatose body back to the villain’s hideaway. Destroyer woke the soldier, known as Tim Colton, explaining the army had abused him. He was given the name Gigaton, and served Dr Destroyer in his evil ways until the battle at the site of Millennium City.
Gigaton never believed that Dr Destroyer was killed in the epic fight, and has kept operations running with the help of Raksasha, waiting for his return.
