The two bonus companions for Divinity: Original Sin have now been released, and are free to everyone.

The Bear and the Burglar DLC can be found over here on Steam, and it adds both Wolgraff – a mute, stab-happy rogue – and Bairdotr – a ranger on a quest to rescue a druid. Both have their own skills, backstories, and whatnot, so they should be rather more interesting than the majority of the characters available in the base game.

In case you missed it, Divinity: Original Sin also got a patch today, offering a slew of bugfixes and some extra functionality (particularly for co-op multiplayer). Read up on that here.
