Early Diablo 3 Beta Patch 10 observations

This morning Blizzard unleashed the much talked about Beta patch 10 for Diablo 3 which includes by Blizzard’s Jay Wilson last week. 
Blizzard is currently going through an intense iteration period with the game and so beta testers have been keen to see the changes in action. Over on Diablo: IncGamers the team have looked at some of the changes in this patch as well as digging deep into the game data files to find changes that were not announce in Blizzard’s patch notes.
