Frogster has revealed the closed Beta start date for their upcoming free to play MMO. Testing is set to get underway on 19 December and Frogster has also reveled further details of the game’s mount system.

One of the cool features of Eligium is the mounted combat, something you don’t see in most MMORPGs. Players will also have to look after their mount by feeding them to develop them further. Your mount will become part of the playing experience by raising it from an egg which is picked up from vendors. Once your mount matures it will boost player’s stats even if it is too small to carry its master.
