Liverpool captain, and England Vice Captain, Steven Gerrard (right, in familiar circumstances) is on-board for Ubi’s football game, which is due for release on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 in May.

“I’m proud to be the ambassador of Pure Football.” said Gerrard

“Not only does this game reflect the way I like Football, more physical, more technical, but it’s also a lot of fun to play with friends.”

Pure Football is apparently deisgned to make the player feel at the centre of the action with an over-the-shoulder perspective “emphasizing the intense, physical and spectacular aspects of the sport.”
