Ghost Recon Future Soldier Release Pushed Back

During today’s UbiSoft financial conference call, UbiSoft revealed that they have decided to push back the release of the next Ghost Recon title, Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. Yves Guillemot stated”Due to a very competitive environment, we decided to move the game out of the Christmas quarter into the March quarter. I tiwll also provide additional time to our development teams to realise their mission.”UbiSoft also added that the game will be on show for the first time at E3 next month. The 2009 holiday season also saw titles pushed back by publishers until the start of 2010 due to the current financial climate and we’ll no doubt hear of more publishers trying to avoid the holiday rush in the coming weeks and months.
