Gods & Heroes goes free to play

Heatwave Interactive launched their Gods & Hereos MMO last year, and despite decent promotion and a Beta test, the game failed to really take off.
Today Heatwave have announced that the game is going free to play and all subscriptions have currently been suspended which means current players will be able to continue to play for free.
The plan to move the game to a F2P model was set in motion late last year, and following further investment, Heatwave will be relaunching the game in the coming months. They have also announced that the price of the game has been dropped to $9.99/£7.99/€9.99 at both retailers and digital retailers.
No date has been set as yet for the MMO’s reboot but we suspect it will be within the next few months.
