We were hopping mad when we discovered that Superfrog HD wasn’t going to hit PC. Well, maybe not mad, but we were toad-ally confused. A platformer that came out for the Amiga, being frogmarched over to consoles? Heresy.

Team 17 have now addressed this, though, and it turns out that Superfrog HD will be hitting Steam tomorrow.

The original was well-received on the Amiga, and this HD revamp offers you 24 new levels (based on the original ones), 24 original levels unlockable via Fruit Machine, and an Endless Runner mode, for £6.99. Whether it’s a fitting revamp… well, we’ll find out tomorrow, I suppose.
