Cyanide and Paradox have expanded their evil strategy dungeon title Impire with new content which now available for free to all players.

When the game was released, the multiplayer modes was still in beta but Cyanide has now completed the testing and it’s officially complete. With this in mind, new co-op and PvP modes are available in this update including:

  • Hell on Wheels: players must help their demonic forces escort a wagon into the enemy base, while preventing rival players from doing the same to them.
  • Survival: Co-op mode where demons protect their own unit from incoming heroes while attempting to build power.

That’s not all though, new rune powers and ways to customise the main character Báal-Abaddon have also been added. Whether this is enough to improve the game is unlikely but you may fancy taking a punt on it.

When we reviewed the game back in February it was a little rough to say the least but it is available now on Steam with 50% off as part of the Midweek Madness sale.
