Lamb to the slaughter: Binding of Isaac expands in May

The Binding of Isaac creator Ed McMillen has revealed a release date of 28 May for the game’s ‘Wrath of the Lamb’ expansion. For $3 USD, you’ll be able to add even more trauma to poor Isaac’s life. As if the little guy didn’t have enough to deal with already.
New items (or trinkets) will be added, upping the total count from 131 to over 230. There’ll also be new rooms, monsters, alternate chapters, challenges and “a ton of other little details” according to McMillen.
You’ll also be able to unlock a new character: Samson (the beserker).
‘Wrath of the Lamb’ will be the one and only expansion for Binding of Isaac, so make the most of its gooey innards.
You can watch a predictably unsettling trailer for the add-on and re-live the CGI of the 1990s, below.
