That’s right eSports fans, today is the day the League of Legends All Star 2014 kicks off and it’s happing in Paris. That’s France in case you were wondering.
The event runs from tomorrow right through to the finals on Sunday with five teams taking part in the All-Star Invitational and two in the All-Star Challenge. Details on the teams taking part, along with suitably cheesy pictures, can be found on this special preview page if you’re needing to brush up on who to cheer for when the battles commence. The guy in A Frosty Reunion looks nasty so I’ll cheer for him.
This is going to be a packed few days of MOBA action if you’re keen on watching the matches as they happen. The place to tune in to watch live is the LoL eSports page where there’s also a handy schedule of all matches over the next few days.
Proceedings get underway later today (8May) at 2PM with the final Group Stage One concluding around 7PM. A lot of watching will be done by millions of League of Legends fans. You can be sure of that.
