EA are to release a special edition version of Medal of Honor: Warfighter that will only be available to active, reserve and veterans US military personnel.
The “military edition” will be available only through GovX, Inc., and includes exclusive in-game unlocks. It can be pre-order now.
In addition, EA are setting up “Project Honor” which aims to generate money for US military personnel that have been killed in action – and their families – by selling Medal of Honor-branded items and by including licensed items into the game itself. Proceeds from the items will be donated to the Navy SEAL Foundation, the Special Operation Warrior Foundation and other military charities.
