Metallica to play BlizzCon 2014

This year Blizzard go all-out to bring in a big name, and probably at a big price.

This year’s musical act hired by Blizzard for BlizzCon 2014 is Metallica, a pretty big name I think you’ll agree. It could be entertaining if they play all the early stuff and forget everything after the black album because all the newer stuff is paint by numbers crap. Fortunately I saw them on the And Justice for all Tour so there’s no need to see them again.

If you do want to watch James and the chaps at BlizzCon, but can’t actually attend, then there’s always the BlizzCon Virtual Ticket. You could also save some cash and just put on Master of Puppets really loud and remember when they were actually any good.
