New female Paragon Hero teased and appears to like blood

Every three weeks Epic release a new hero for Paragon and the next character will be arriving next week. Ahead of the reveal, Epic has teased her with the following image.

So what is she? Some kind of vampire assassin or caster? We’ll know more tomorrow when Epic release a trailer which is usually what happens. She will release next Tuesday.
