Hi-Rez Studios revealed three new maps for the upcoming MMO, Global Agenda, while showing the game at the recent PAX event.
The maps, which come from Global Agenda’s first closed beta test, included Ice-Flow, which is set in Siberia and requires team members to escort their charge to safety, and Climate Control which is set in the forested mountainous area of East Asia and is an attack/defend map. Finally, Seaside, a 3-point ticket map, is set on an oil rig in the northern Atlantic.
“First-time players are hopping on a station, playing team-based missions, and then returning with additional friends to play more”, said executive producer Todd Harris. “Our Dev Team here at PAX is thrilled to see players enjoying MMO game-play for its own sake rather than simply to level-up a character. Our booth is a grind-free zone”.
Anyone interested in joining the next beta test should visit the official GA site.
