No Titan reveal at BlizzCon

Stories have been circulating that Blizzard’s secret ‘Titan’ MMO project would be revealed at BlizzCon  this year. Today the rumours have finally been put to bed .
With Diablo 3 still in Beta testing and the second StarCraft 2 title Heart of the Swarm still in development, this year’s BlizzCon could be void of any big news apart from a possible final Diablo 3 release date, which we already know will be some time early next year.
This week industry analysts have been speculating that Blizzard would reveal their Titan MMO project now that Star Wars: The Old Republic has a release date of 20 December. Why the release date of SWTOR would have any bearing on a reveal by Blizzard mystifies us, but analysts do like to stir things up.
Today Blizzard confirmed to IGN that the Titan project will not be revealed at BlizzCon so don’t expect any massive new game announcements at this year’s event, just enjoy the spectacle for what it is.
