PC Invasion Supporter August Update

Welcome back Supporters for another month of PC gaming goodness!

As you know I have been busy with the “business” side of keeping PC Invasion operational for the past month and it’s a busy period as we race toward the end of the year. We are now heading into the crazy release period and this month’s big releases are of course No Man’s Sky and Deus Ex Mankind Divided. We’ll be looking at both of these as a priority.

I have been working hard at bringing in new advertisers, and what we need to do quickly is continue to grow the audience on PC Invasion. With your help, we can do that. Simple things like retweeting or giving us a “like”, or whatever the kids call it these days, on BookFace really helps. Most outlets pay for their followers which helps boost their advertising potential, but that gives a false impression of a site’s real visitor base. We refuse to go down this road with PC Invasion as it’s disingenuous.

We are pushing hard with the business side of PC Invasion and it everything goes to plan we want to increase content output for everyone.

In last month’s update the question about subs was raised and some of you want us to change the system so you can give more. We don’t want to put people off from becoming a supporter so we will be rejigging subs in a week or so. Any changes won’t affect the status of currentĀ subs we hope but we’ll deal with any issues should they arise. Fingers crossed they won’t.

As always, we welcome your feedback on how we are doing.
