PlayStation Plus members interested in Dust 514 will be able to take part in a two week long closed beta period that’s just been announced by CCP. It’ll run from 21 August to 4 September and coincides with an update that cunningly merges the forthcoming game with CCP’s ongoing Eve Online MMO.

You can read more about how that’s going to happen in this piece, where Dust’s Executive Producer Brandon Laurino outlines how the two games are going to coexist.

During the two week ‘precursor’ period, PlayStation Plus members will join people who’ve already purchased either the ‘Mercenary Pack’ (which gives unlimited access to the game’s beta period) or an ‘All-Access Pass’.
