It’s Season Pass announcement time and today it’s the turn of UbiSoft’s Rainbow Six: Seige.

This is a “year-long” pass according to Ubi and the first piece of additional content called Operation Black Ice is due for release in January. Beyond that your guess is as good as ours.

To give you an idea of what future content will contain, the January content comes with two new operators from the Canadian JTF2 counter-terrorism unit, a brand new map, and “more”. The Season Pass can be picked up for £23.99  and it’s included in the Gold Edition if you’re getting that.

Other additional stuff includes:

  • Seven day exclusive early access to the eight new operators that you can instantly add to your roster upon their release
  • Permanent 5% Renown boost to allow you to unlock content quicker
  • The exclusive Season Pass Porter weapon skin
  • The Safari Bundle of five weapons skins
  • Two extra daily Renown-earning challenges
  • 600 R6 Credits that can be used to purchase additional in-game content

Rainbow Six: Siege releases on 1 December.
