The trading strategy game in which you will have to build a trade empire in the Mediterranean Rise of Venice has now gone gold.
Set for release on 27 September, players will be challenged to conquer the oceans and trade routes during the Renaissance. Starting with nothing but support from your family, the challenge is to build your trade empire between important trade cities of the time such as Genoa, Tripoli, Rome, Alexandria, and Constantinople.
It’s  not going to be easy though, you need to build a fleet, set up production facilities and take down the competition in the region through economics and even sea battles. There’s four player multiplayer too for good measure and that could be pretty interesting.
Rise of Venice will be available on all good digital retailers.
