Shades of Darkness expansion announced for Might & Magic Heroes VI

Ubisoft has announced that a standalone (no copy of the original game required) expansion for Might & Magic Heroes VI will be released in late February next year. The add-on, ‘Shades of Darkness’, will feature the return of Raelag from Heroes V and two new campaigns in the Might & Magic universe.

Expect to face resistance from the Dark Elf-led ‘Dungeon’ faction. Judging by the artwork above, they’re all auditioning to be Blood Bowl cheerleaders.

‘Shades of Darkness’ will be released on 28 February 2013. A bundle containing Might & Magic Heroes VI and the new expansion is planned for release in March 2013.
