Silicon Knights planning to appeal court decision vs. Epic Games

Following yesterday’s court ruling that found in favour of Epic Games, Silicon Knights boss Denis Dyack has said that he is disappointed and that the company will be appealing the decision.
Silcon Knights has originally sued Epic for a lack of support over the Unreal Engine while they were developing failed action-RPG Too Human, the developer sought $58 million from the Gears of War studio.
However, the court found in favour of Epic Games on all counts. Furthermore, Silicon Knights have been told to pay $4.5 million in damages to Epic Games as well as cover all court fees.
