Skullgirls beating a path to the PC

IncGamers’ fighting-favourite Skullgirls will be making the transition from console to PC, according to developers Reverge. A brief twitter post states that “Skullgirls is coming to PC! It will be available on GameFly, GamersGate, GameStop PC Downloads, Origin, and Steam”.
The PC release will incorporate a few updates, including “in-game movelists, additional tutorials, retuned single player AI, enhanced leaderboards, in-game name display for online matches, and additional multi-player regions”. These fixes will also be made available as a free update for the console versions of the title.
“With the console versions recently launched, Reverge Labs is turning its focus to updating the game and bringing Skullgirls’ action to PC gamers,” says Jason Donnell, from publisher Autumn Games.
As mentioned, Skullgirls was quite a hit here at IncGamers. You can read John’s praise for the title in his review, here. A release date hasn’t yet been announced for the PC version, other than that it will be available “later this year”.
