Lucasfilm has tied up the trademark ‘Star Wars 1313’ and several relevant websites, including starwars1313.com. The trademark application was filed at the United States Patent and Trademark Office on 1 May this year.
That application notes that the trademark is for “video game software” and “entertainment services provided on-line”, pointing to a videogame release of some sort.
Any other information is in the realm of speculation, such as the theory that this will be a Boba Fett-related title (due to the fact that Fett once used the alias CT-1313).
Others have suggested that this project could be the long-awaited Lucasfilm debut from Clint Hocking, after his move to the company from Ubisoft. Again though, that’s mere speculation (and perhaps some wishful thinking).
