The first list of Steam Top Sellers for February has a new game a the top, Conan Exiles which has just gone into Early Access. The sales have been going so well according to Funcom they had to terminate their official server partner agreement.

ARK: Survival Evolved has jumped into second and For Honor is now slowly but surely making its way up the list as we get closer to release. Resident Evil 7 slips from the top last week to fourth and the remaining games are all regulars in the top selling list each week.
