Usually we don’t post unboxing videos as they’re generally rather pointless but we’ll make an exception today for the Steambox which was recently sent out to a small pool of selected testers.
As the hardware is starting to arrive a couple of videos have popped up which show the size of the box and also what’s been shipped out to testers. The first video shows the various ports on the back of the machine and the second shoes the kit that was shipped with the box including the controller.
It’s quite weighty according to droobie21 as he unpacks it, and as you’d expect it comes with everything you’d usually find on the back of today’s modern PCs. It’s actually surprisingly larger than I would have thought and it’s going to be hard to find a decent spot under the TV with all the other junk that’s usually taking up space.
