Team Bondi assets and IP up for sale

Bondi staff offered option of new job at KMM or severance pay.
Assets and game IP owned by the Sydney-based Team Bondi have been sold off, a source has told Develop. Goods owned by Team Bondi (the develop responsible for L.A. Noire) have been transferred to Kennedy-Miller Mitchell (KMM), an Australian production company owned by Mad Max director George Miller. KMM are involved in various forms of media, including film and videogames.
The same source has also said that all Team Bondi employees have been offered a job at KMM.
Rumours are all popping up regarding Team Bondi going bust and/or being bought outright by KMM. Team Bondi have yet to release an official statement on the matter.
Earlier this month IncGamers reported on an anonymous source that claimed Team Bondi head-honcho Brendan McNamara was in discussion with KMM over a possible takeover.
It was also revealed today that Team Bondi’s L.A. Noire has shipped 4 million units to date.
