Test Drive 2 Unlimited Tops Latest Chart

Namco Bandai’s Test Drive Unlimited 2 has stormed to the top of the charts, pushing last week’s chart-topper Dead Space 2 into second place.
The multi-format driving title is Namco’s first UK number of 2011, but has so far failed to truly dazzle critics scoring just 74 on Xbox 360 (Metacritic), compared to 82 for the original.
Elsewhere, Nintendo’s new Mario titles performed well, with Mario vs Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem climbing from 11 to 6 on DS and Mario Sports Mix on Wii rising from 12 to 8.
The US superbowl also helped sales of EA Sports Madden NFL 11 as the title re-entered the charts at number 14.
This week’s 10 best-sellers are:-
1. Test Drive Unlimited 2
2. Dead Space 2
3. FIFA 11
4. Call of Duty: Black Ops
5. Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood
6. Mario vs Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem
7. Just Dance 2
8. Mario Sports Mix
9. Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition
10. LittleBigPlanet 2
