The Secret World player activity increases 400%

The latest financial information from Funcom reveals some interesting facts about The Secret World now that the MMO’s subscriptions have been removed.

On the past few weeks Funcom has shifted a further 70,000 units which they say is a 30 percent increase in total sales. New players have been joining and old players have been coming back which has resulted in a 400% increase in activity levels in the game.

“We are building the basis of a very sustainable business. With a restructured organization, we will have a joint team of the best-of-the-best working together to expand our existing online worlds and to create new, exciting and memorable online experiences such as our upcoming ‘LEGO Minifigures’ game” says Funcom CEO Ole Schreiner.
