It’s time to start touting the Season Pass for Titanfall which will include three content packs which will be released over and undetermined time frame.
PC gamers will need pick up the Titanfall Digital Deluxe version which comes with the core game and the Season Pass for $79.99. This is available now through the Origin store if you’re interested in taking the risk ahead of release. If you have already parted with cash and ordered the core game through Origin, then contact EA support to have the order changed and upgraded.
The DLC that will eventually be released as part of the Season Pass includes new maps but beyond that there’s no details on what else will be released. I don’t know about you but I quite like knowing what I’m paying for before I buy it.
Remember folks, pre-ordering can be dangerous in today’s gaming climate. I’m not saying Titanfall will be another Battlefield 4 when it comes to being broken on launch, because I don’t think it will be, but there’s a lesson to be learned there and it’s always risky.
