Runic Games has released the v1.12.X.7 patch update for Torchlight 2 which brings a whole host of changes to the ARPG including skill changes and of course bug fixes. Some of the issues addressed in this update fix problems players were having with other players joining the game and ramping up the XP gain bonus which was effectively griefing other players in the game.
The notes also mention the GUTS editor for mod makers and it sounds like it could come out some time around the next patch along with “other goodies” they are working on.
