Translation Patch For Kojima’s Policenauts Now Online

The long-awaited Policenauts translation patch has appeared online.Policenauts, a game made by Hideo Kojima after Metal Gear but long before Metal Gear Solid, was never released in the west for a wide variety of reasons. Now, thanks to the efforts of a fan translation group, the PlayStation version – released in Japan in 1996 – has been translated, so western gamers can enjoy it for the first time.If you’ve got a Japanese copy of Policenauts then you’ll want to download the patch now and try it out in English for the first time ever. If not – well, there’s always Ebay, as the translators stress that you’re responsible for getting your own legal copy.
