Trion ‘Very, Very Actively’ Working To Solve BT/Virgin RIFT Issue

Trion’s Scott Hartsman has made a statement regarding the reported latency issues UK RIFT players are having through BT and Virgin.
Posting on the official RIFT boards, Hartsman says that the team “are very, very actively working this problem.”
“We have development team engineers, network engineers, as well as other operations support folks treating this as their top priority until it is resolved. (Even the CEO is pitching in here in reaching out to ISPs. No exaggeration.)”
“Please don’t think we’ve given up on this,” he adds.
Further updates to the situation are promised as and when the Trion team has them.
Keep an eye on RIFT: IncGamers for further updates.
