Tropico 3 Coming To Xbox 360

Kalypso Media has announced the once PC-exclusive Tropico series will be coming to Xbox 360.Tropico 3 sees you taking the role of El Presidente once again as you try to run the island of Tropico.Whether you turn certain parts of the island into a vacation paradise and watch tourists flock there, or turn into a modern industrial nation, you will have to defend your decisions to the people of Tropico.”The Tropico 3 release on the Xbox 360 is a first for Kalypso and marks the beginning of an exciting entry in the console market,” said Stefan Marcinek, global managing director of Kalypso Media. He also confirmed that more titles will be arriving on both the PC and Xbox 360.”Throughout 2010 Kalypso Media have plans to release four titles in tandem on both the Xbox 360 and PC.”With the game being a very keyboard-and-mouse affair on the PC, we wonder whether the transition to Xbox 360 will be a smooth one, as games that have tried this in the past have had mixed success. Both the PC and Xbox 360 versions will be released this September.
