UK charts produce mighty Reckoning

38 Studios’ Kingdoms of Amalur has nabbed top spot in the UK all-formats chart this week, squeezing out Final Fantasy XIII-2 (which falls to second place) and the other big release of the month, The Darkness 2 (lurking, darkly, in third position).
There’s been a strong surge from Mario & Sonic London 2012 Olympic Games to propell the duo back into the top ten, while other major releases from last year (Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3, FIFA 12, Skyrim) are still hanging on in there.
