Yet More Rumblings About Thief Sequel

A new image on the Eidos Montreal website has caused a bit of a stir. The image, which can be seen here, says “Eidos-Montreal’s second project to be revealed soon.” If the font used in that image looks a little familiar, that’s because it bears a striking resemblance to the Thief font, as spotted by fans over at the Through the Looking Glass forums. The font doesn’t appear to be the exact same one used in Thief but it looks an awful lot like it, and this is hardly the first time a new Thief game has been teased. Eidos Montreal previously stated that they were working on two games that would “revive successful franchises.” One was Deus Ex 3, while the other began with the letter “T.”We’ll have to wait and see, it seems. This isn’t the only time TTLG has been in our news recently, with a translation of an interview hinting at a new STALKER expansion pack and sequel yesterday.
