Eidos has revealed an interesting pricing model for Championship Manager 2010. In a move that echoes Radiohead’s release of “In Rainbows”, Eidos is offering buyers the chance to decide the price of the game. From today until midnight on 10 September, you can pre-order the game paying as little as a penny, plus a transaction fee of £2.50 GBP. From the day of release, the game will be priced at £29.99 GBP.“This is a first in the videogame industry and echoes a similar initiative launched by rock band Radiohead in 2008 with their album “In Rainbows”. We’re keen to see as many people as possible playing Championship Manager, and think this is a great way to get people playing,” says the official website.So would you pay the minimum (£2.51 GBP) for the game or more?
