Nuketown ’84 is the latest content addition to Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Arguably, it is one of the most iconic maps in the Call of Duty franchise. In total, it has now appeared in five Call of Duty titles. A recent patch update added the Nuketown ’84 map into the hardcore mode. To celebrate the release of the map into Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, the developers released a free Nuketown bundle. Fans have already discovered a glitch involving the map. The glitch allows you to position yourself outside of the map without dying.
The YouTuber Grrae’ Guides has covered various past glitches, including how to safely get outside of the Nuketown ’84 map. The YouTuber recommends that you have a knife equipped to assist you with your movement. Then, make your way towards the fence besides the green building. You will find a box that you can hop on to help you over the fence. Following this, you will have to run to the front of the cactus before the out of bounds timer runs out. It may take some practice before you can master this, so you may want to try it out in a private match. Once you have achieved this step, you are able to navigate yourself to the other side of the cactus. The glitch can allow you to get some easy kills, including spawn kills.
Will the Black Ops Cold War Nuketown ’84 glitch be patched?
The Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Nuketown glitch is a nifty little trick. However, if you are on the receiving side of it, it can be frustrating. At the time of writing, Treyarch has yet to respond to this discovery. Perhaps, it will get patched in the next update. Until then, you now have a new spot to check for enemies on Nuketown ’84.
